SHIPPING RETURN REFUND CANCELLATION POLICY
All our clients are very important to us, that’s why Machamangalath Traders (“Company”), has created the following Refund Policy to let You know how we handle the refunds for the goods ordered and bought on our website http://www.trupery.com (“Website”).
The terms “You,” “Your,” “Yours” & “Customer” refer to the entity/ person/ organization using our Website. When this policy mentions “we”, “us,”, and “our” it refers to the Company and its subsidiaries or /and affiliates. The term “goods” refer to any product or item bought on our Website by You.

All orders once confirmed with payment, will take 3-5 working days maximum to get shipped from our location in Kerala. For all orders above Rs.999, delivery is free. Deliveries will be done by our multiple courier partners.
You cannot cancel the order and demand a refund once the order is successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway. Refund requests will only be considered in the following cases,
– If you do not get the delivery of the ordered products within 30 days if Trupery fails to ship the ordered products.
– If the shipping location is not serviced by our partner courier companies.
No Returns will be entertained if you want to return the product for the reason that he/she doesn’t like it after delivery of the product or feels the product doesn’t match your expectations.
No refunds will be given in the following cases:
– Incorrect or insufficient address mentioned by you or due to Non- availability of recipient at the mentioned address and/or premises or due to Refusal to accept products
– Delivered at the place/to the person specifically mentioned by the customer other than the customer himself.
– Force majeure event
– In case the product has undergone any tampering by the customer
In certain cases returns can only be considered, if you received goods in expired condition or wrong goods, you may be required to provide evidence of the issue, such as a photo or video.
You must contact our company at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days upon purchase and provide detailed information, such as:
- Proof of purchase
- Order number
- Product name
- Defect evidence (e.g. a photo or video of the item, a photo of the defective area (if it is possible to take a photo), a photo of the packaging, other).
- Information about the defect, failure, or missing part of the item
When submitting a complaint, You must indicate how You wish the claim to be resolved:
- To replace the defective goods with quality items
- To refund the money paid
Procedure to RETURNS:
You must place your refund request within 3 days of delivery of the item.

Any goods that You wish to return must be in the original packaging and unopened, in a condition fit for resale. If the Goods to be returned do not meet these conditions, we will be unable to offer a refund.
In case of the return of the goods, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
You must share the Tracking
You must exercise the return right responsibly and return the product in the original neat packaging, as well as return all complete parts of the product. You are responsible for the complete set of the returned goods. If the goods are not complete, we won’t be able to accept the returned goods and issue a refund.
Once the Goods have been received and checked by our staff, a refund will be authorized by the same method that the payment was made. Depending on your financial institution, refunds can take up to 30 days to be credited to your original payment method. In all cases, we have the right to suspend the refund until the goods are received back and inspected.
If You fail to meet the deadlines of our Return policy, we will be unable to offer a refund.
